About Maa Katyayani:

Navratri sixth day’s goddess, Maa Katyayani is dressed in pink attire and wearing white rosary in her neck. She has four arms and three eyes and lion is her procession. In her upper left hand, she holds the weapon Sword while Lotus Flower in the lower left hand. The right upper hand is in Abhaymudra pose while lower right hand is in Varmudra.

The girls, who worshipped Maa Katyani on the sixth day of Navratri puja are blessed with desired husband as they wish and all other wishes also has been full filled. If a lady’s marriage is getting late or there is any other trouble then she should worship and do fast to confiscate all the hurdles and problems from her life. The devotees, who worship goddess with huge devotion, faith and with pure mind lead to accomplishment of Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha.

Mantras for Sixth Day of Navratri Puja:

Devotees should worship the sacred Kalash and all the family of God & Goddess on the sixth day of navratri pooja. At the time of ending of navratri puja, Goddess Katyayani worship has to be done by offering flowers and chanting mantras.

चन्द्रहासोज्वलकरा शार्दूलवरवाहना ।
कात्यायनी शुभं दद्याद्देवी दानवघातिनी॥

Chandrahasojvalakara Shardulvarvahna |
Katyayani Shubham Dadhyadevi Danavaghatini ||

➧ Goddess Katyayani Stuti:

या देवी सर्वभूतेषु माँ कात्यायनी रूपेण संस्थिता।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नम:।।

Ya Devi Sarva Bhutesu Maa Katyayani Rupena Samsthita,
Namestasyai Namestasyai Namestasyai Namo Namah.

वन्दे वाञ्छित मनोरथार्थ चन्द्रार्धकृतशेखराम्। सिंहारूढा चतुर्भुजा कात्यायनी यशस्विनीम्॥ स्वर्णवर्णा आज्ञाचक्र स्थिताम् षष्ठम दुर्गा त्रिनेत्राम्। वराभीत करां षगपदधरां कात्यायनसुतां भजामि॥ पटाम्बर परिधानां स्मेरमुखी नानालङ्कार भूषिताम्। मञ्जीर, हार, केयूर, किङ्किणि, रत्नकुण्डल मण्डिताम्॥ प्रसन्नवदना पल्लवाधरां कान्त कपोलाम् तुगम् कुचाम्। कमनीयां लावण्यां त्रिवलीविभूषित निम्न नाभिम्॥
